Representatives

Authorised Representatives

Learn how to add and manage Authorised Representatives who will have access to your will details and can act on your behalf when needed.

What are Authorised Representatives?

Authorised Representatives are trusted individuals you designate to access your will information. They can view your will document locations and supporting files to fulfill your final wishes. They cannot see your Emergency Contacts or modify any of your wills or account settings.

Representatives can:

  1. View all your registered will document locations
  2. Access uploaded will documents and supporting files
  3. Download documents for execution purposes
  4. View when documents were last updated
