Getting Started

Create Your Account

Follow these simple steps to create your account, choose a subscription plan, and securely register your will on The International Will Registry.

1

Create Your Account

Begin your journey by creating a secure account on The International Will Registry. This will give you access to all features and ensure your will information is protected.

Required Information:

  1. Personal details - Full name (first, middle, last), date of birth, and place of birth
  2. Email & username - Valid email address and a unique username (6+ characters)
  3. Secure password - Minimum 6 characters with at least one capital letter and one symbol (@, #, &)
  4. Phone number - At least one contact number (mobile, home, or work)
2

Choose Your Subscription Plan

Select a plan that fits your needs. The International Will Registry offers flexible subscription tiers with different limits for wills, authorised representatives, and emergency contacts.

Consider these factors:

  1. Number of wills - Do you have multiple wills to register (personal, business, etc.)?
  2. Representatives needed - How many people should have access to your will?
  3. Emergency Contacts - How many people are most likely to know when something happens to you?

Flexibility Guaranteed

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

3

Register Your Will

Once your account is verified and subscription is active, you can register your will information securely on the platform in just a few simple steps.

  1. Access Dashboard - Navigate to "My Wills" in your dashboard sidebar and click "Add New Will"
  2. Fill Required Fields
    • Will Title - e.g., "My Last Will and Testament 2025"
    • Description/Location - Purpose, contents, and storage location
  3. Upload Documents - Optionally attach up to 5 files (PDFs, images, etc.) to support your will registration
  4. Review & Submit - Double-check all details and click "Add Will" to complete your registration

What to include in Description/Location

  • Security & Access

All documents you upload are encrypted with industry-standard protocols and stored securely. Only you and your designated Authorised Representatives can access these documents.

    4

    Add Your Representatives & Contacts

The final step is adding Authorised Representatives and Emergency Contacts. These trusted individuals will help ensure your wishes are carried out when the time comes.

    Authorised Representatives

Trusted individuals who will have access to your will information and can act on your behalf when needed.

    Emergency Contacts

Trusted contacts who alert your representatives when something happens to you. They don't have access to your will.
